Our Integrated Management System includes ‘Project Risk and Opportunity Management procedures which is implemented into every stage of our projects’ lifecycle. Our project managers and supervisors are equipped to control risks, and to enable project opportunities.
Additionally, to protect our clients as well as our own business, we maintain an Emergency Management Plan.
